We collect the information needed to provide formation, registered-agent, EIN, compliance, and related services: contact details, founder and company data, order details, support messages, and payment references.

We use this data to deliver services, satisfy legal and accounting obligations, prevent fraud, improve the product, and communicate with clients. Payment card data is processed by Stripe and is not stored by us.

Requests for access, correction, deletion, or export can be sent to privacy@founduro.com. Some records must be retained where law, tax, compliance, or dispute-resolution duties require it.
